Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.


1. Our Happiness Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find a solution.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original condition โ€” unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In the original packaging where possible

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (such as certain wellness or personal care items) that have been opened or used

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will offer you one of the following resolutions at no cost to you:

  • A full replacement sent to you free of charge
  • A full refund to your original payment method

You do not need to return the item in these cases.


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team :

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo (if item is damaged or defective)

We will respond within 1โ€“2 business days with return instructions.

โš ๏ธ Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged) โ€” we cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to change of mind (wrong size, no longer wanted, ordered by mistake) โ€” the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within:

  • 5โ€“7 business days back to your original payment method (credit/debit card)
  • 3โ€“5 business days for PayPal refunds

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, size, or color, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase at no charge. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed and dispatched to our fulfillment partner, in which case it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you're welcome to return it once it arrives.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company โ€” it may take several business days to post
  3. Contact your bank โ€” processing times vary
